HOURS: 

9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise notified.

PAYMENT: 

Payment is due when services are rendered.

Currently accepting cash, venmo, check, and all major credit cards.

LATE-SHOW:

If you are late for your appointment, treatment will be shortened to maintain the schedule. The usual fee for treatment will apply.

OUTCALLS:

Currently not available.

CANCELLATION: 

24 hour notice is required or a full charge will apply. Gift certificates are voided if appointments are missed without cancellation.
